Tuesday they defeated Joaquin 40-30 on the road for their 1st win of the season, giving their new head man Joel Avance his 1st victory as @ArpISD's head girls basketball coach.
JV fell at Joaquin 38-15 Tuesday.

Veterans Day Celebration Friday: We are proud to announce that for the first time since 2019, we will be holding a public in-person Veterans Day program at Arp ISD.
Our students & staff cordially invite you & all area veterans to attend our celebration honoring all who have served Friday Nov. 11 at Arp H.S.
Veterans & guests will be served breakfast beginning at 8:30am at the L.J. Johnson Commons area. The program follows at 9:30am at Clark Wayne Roberts Auditorium.
Arp area veterans living & deceased will be recognized during the ceremony.
Arp H.S., J.H., and 4th grade elementary students will be part of the event.

Varsity defeated Jefferson 3-1 Tuesday to claim its first 25-win season since 2015. They finish the 2022 campaign 25-15.
JVA swept the lady dawgs 2-0, while JVB lost 2-1.

HS Girls Basketball Parent Meeting - Nov. 1: Head Coach Joel Avance invites all parents who will have a HS student-athlete involved in Lady Tiger hoops (JV or Varsity) in the 2022-23 school year to a very important meeting next Tuesday Nov. 1 at 6:30pm at the Arp HS Library.
Junior Cross Country runner Ty Bardsley finished 59th out of 183 runners in the Class 3A Region 2 Boys Meet Tuesday in Grand Prairie.
Bardsley (middle) made the trip with head coach Joel Avance & junior Paul Olegario (alternate).

18 football players, cheerleaders, & band members will be recognized before the contest beginning at 6:45pm.
