Nothing better than to make people happy as the holidays approach.
The Arp Junior High Fellowship of Christian Athletes went around the Arp community Wednesday singing Christmas carols.
They followed that up by shopping for gifts for their angel tree angels.
They made their first stop at Arp High School and performed the classics:
Deck the Halls
Silent Night
O Come, All Ye Faithful
Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer
Jingle Bells
We wish you a Merry Christmas
The group then made their way to Arp State Bank, before going to the Arp Garden Club.
It was after that when the Tiger boys and girls shopped for presents for their angels.
They went back to Arp Junior High to wrap those gifts before delivering them to Arp State Bank to be distributed.
The FCA group is headed up by Coach Chris Cliborn.
Sponsors Leah Huffstetter, Arp Junior High Math teacher, and English teacher Daphanie Cotton took the kids to the different locations.
