Make your Web page first. You may make your page in any html editor.

This tutorial will build a page using Microsoft FrontPage.

You should have a "splash" page for your very first page.  Something that makes the visitor want to see more.

You'll need to add a hyperlink to get to the next page (duh!). 

Next, you'll need to make an "index" page (using previous steps) to show all sites available to the visitor. The positioning is important.  It should be recognizable and easily accessible.  Most indexes are positioned to the left of the page and framed such as this one.

Next you'll save it in a web folder.

Then you'll need to find free-Web space.  Angelfire is an example.

After all of it instead of using the wizard go to the advanced mode so that you can use your pages you have already made in FrontPage and to do that you...

Find folder you saved pages to and...

28 (the folder where it is saved) and then...

8  UPLOAD

You can edit your page from Angelfire or from your FrontPage
