Create a New Folder

Upload Files into Folder

Wait for confirmation…notice that some files uploaded and some did not.

 

Once you have uploaded a batch, you can upload more….

You can continue this process until you have all the files in that folder you need.

You can create more folders and upload more files.

 

SHARE FILES or FOLDERS

The top menu has an item that will explain how to SHARE a FOLDER

 

Go Back to Google Docs to SHARE a FILE. At the top menu is a button for SHARE which will allow you to share your files.

 

Click on ALL ITEMS. This will cause them to appear in the right window. You can place a check mark next to any item you wish to share.

You have many options here. To share Files, Folders, to Delete Files and Folders, to Rename Files and Folders, and under More Actions – you can Hide, Star, Publish, Create Revisions, etc.

 

If you have a lot of documents you would like to work on from home, this is the way to do it!
