Charter

The faculty & administration of Arp ISD are proud to continue our affiliation with our local cable operator. Our charter demands that we present our students as successful and motivated in all academic and athletic areas. Our mission in producing these programs are as follows:

Promote successful and ethical student and educational practices within the East Texas Community
Provide educational and technical awareness to parents of students in East Texas
Allow students the opportunity to develop technical expertise in fields of communications, broadcasting, and telecommunications while building professional and ethical skills.
Provide a learner-centered environment for:

demonstration of SCANS competencies (team work, time management, resource management, ethical conduct, and community service

development of research and information skills,

professional use of hardware components, software programs, digital and analog video systems, media input, output, & storage devices,

becoming contributors to the electronic community.

Provide a forum for the exchange of knowledge and educational objectives
Allow area students & teachers to gain recognition for successful, positive, and ethical practices.
