method of evaluating electronic information
Student uses
appropriate computer-based productivity tools to create & modify
solutions to problems using video editor, sound editor, word
processor, database, spreadsheet, telecommunications, draw, paint, and
utility programs to develop video productions
Student demonstrate
proficiency in 5 production roles (1) Researcher & Interviewer:
research, script writing, storyboarding, contracting, interviewing,
and scheduling skills (2) Studio manager: lighting techniques, sound
techniques, setting, backdrops, (3) videographer, (4) Computer
Graphics: 2-D & 3-D animation effects (5) Editor
Student uses
technology applications to facilitate evaluation of work, both process
& product by developing rubrics for analyzing quality of
each project
Project
The student will research animated .gifs
on the WWW, locate a shareware animated gif generator, and create an animated gif with the
following criteria: Animated
gif Tutors
 | Must be appropriate for a WWW service project |
 | Must be at least 8 frames |
 | Must be age appropriate and ethical in content. |
