Step One:  You can either type in the address:  http://www.arpisd.org/exchange  OR you can Click on "Outside Email" on the Home Page.

Step Two: Log into the Exchange (Email) server using your regular Username & Password for the network.

Step Three: another Login Box will appear. In this box you will need to add the "arpisd" domain before your username. You will need to use this example. arpisd\username  and then type in your password in the second slot.  Make sure you use the "\" and not "/" . My access would look like this ...See below:
