Open Web

Now Browse to the PA server by clicking on the down arrow.

Make sure you have selected "Folder List" from the View menu

8 Webmaster Folder

This is where you will create a Web Site. You should have been assigned a folder to work in by the District Web Master. ONLY work in that folder.
