ACTION PLAN
1. ANALYZE: Highlight all areas where teachers should be held accountable for integrating technology tools.
2. PLAN: Build a rubric for mastery levels in each of the areas that your district has targeted.
3. COLLABORATE: Collaborate with teachers USING Project-based Curriculum. Allow their input to develop a mutually agreeable accountability system.
4. IMPLEMENT: Collect base-line data for student achievement in all subject areas. Monitor, mentor, and nurture implementation.
5. EVALUATE & ADJUST: Using walk-throughs, lesson plans, student assessments, and surveys provide the district with data on student improvement resulting from accountability system. Adjust rubric for accountability if needed.
