Adding Email to a Computer that has

NOTE: If this is the FIRST time a machine is being set up for E-mail, make sure you are Logged On as the computer administrator! If this computer has already been used by someone else for accessing email, you can log on with your own username and password...and do the following steps.

Then Click Add and highlight Microsoft Exchange Server. Click <OK>
The next box will pop up.
Make sure your USERNAME appears in the Mailbox. You will need to type in the word "mail" for Microsoft Exchange server. Then click on <Check Name>. In just a few short seconds your full name should appear. When it does, the Exchange Server has identified you.
Click <OK>.
Click on the Outlook ICON on your desktop
