We are asking that you comply with the Facilities Policies and be SURE and clean up after yourselves!

(1)  The storage area behind the stage needs to be completely cleaned out and everything taken home. There is an emergency shut off valve in that area that MUST be accessed in an emergency. Nothing can block it. So get all props, etc. and take them home after any performance.

(2)  NEVER LEAVE anything on the stage overnight. If you use the stage…CLEAN it UP for the next person!

(3)  Make sure the set pieces are STORED properly at all times. Our workers and maintenance folks have been tripping over them long enough.

(4) Do NOT use the spotlights or stage lighting during a rehearsal unless it is a technical rehearsal. All spots, fresnels, and scoops have VERY expensive bulbs. Use the florescent lighting for all performance practices, except final dress/technical rehearsals.
