Bids are to be received by the Technology Director at the Arp ISD Administration Building , 101 Toney Drive, PO 70 Arp, TX 75750 , or bids may be e-mailed to joy@arpisd.org (this address will not be checked before the opening time and date.) Arp ISD reserves the right not to consider refurbished, off-lease, or open box equipment.
It is anticipated that this project will start in July 1, 2011. All deliveries must be completed by September 1, 2011. The project is being directed by Dr Joy Rousseau, and all correspondence or questions regarding this RFP should be directed to her attention at: joy@arpisd.org Vendors are encouraged to ask questions and to make suggestion for revisions to this RFP that may benefit Arp ISD in procuring or operating the system. Arp ISD will be accepting bids for one hundred fifty (150) netbook/notebook computers until October 10, 2010 no later than 2 pm .
