I  plan on all Chemistry and IPC labs to be microscale if possible.  This will save the district money on the amount of chemical purchased.  The chemicals can be stored more easily, taking up less room.  And, this will reduce our amounts of chemical waste.

Replaced CPUs with thin client technology. Approximate hardware savings to date: $109,200  (26 Xtenda thin client machines times 3 LCD screens times $1400)
